Refund Policy

Webinars

There are no refunds or credits unless the online education event itself is cancelled. If we do cancel the online education event you will be contacted immediately and refunded the entire amount you paid. We are only responsible for refunding the amount you paid to join the online education event. We are not responsible for refunding any purchases you may have made in preparation of the online education event such as software, hardware, tools, resources, internet connections, etc. We are also not obligated to refund or credit you if you miss the online education event or its recording viewing period. If you need an invoice other than the PayPal receipt it must be requested to invoice@designmorphine.com no later than 5 days after the purchase of the event, otherwise we cannot produce one.

Workshops

There are no refunds or credits unless the in person education event itself is cancelled. If we do cancel the in person education event you will be contacted immediately and refunded the entire amount you paid. We are only responsible for refunding the amount you paid to join the in person education event. We are not responsible for refunding any purchases you may have made in preparation of the in person education event such as software, hardware, tools, resources, internet connections, etc. We are not obligated to refund any travel or lodging purchases and suggest that you do not book travel or lodging until one month prior to the education events start date. If you need an invoice other than the PayPal receipt it must be requested to invoice@designmorphine.com no later than 5 days after the purchase of the event, otherwise we cannot produce one.

Degree Programs

Refunds will follow the Conditional Offer as well as the signed Terms & Conditions and Intellectual Property Agreement contract documents.
